Lead Developer

• You will be responsible for developing our companys pieces of software and applications

• You will be directly responsible for building and implementing functional programs
• The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with other Developers and Product Managers throughout the development life cycle
• You should be a team player with good problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
• Your overarching goal is to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs

- Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.

- Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.

- Integrate software components and third-party programs.

- Verify and deploy programs and systems.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

- Gather and evaluate user feedback.

- Recommend and execute improvements.

- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, Software/Application Developer/Engineer, or similar role.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies with the maintenance of work backlog.

- Experience with modern web development including building tools, testing, and CI/CD.

- Good understanding of website optimization and web-caching techniques.

- Knowledge of JavaScript and MERN Framework.

- Ability to learn new languages and technologies.

- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.

- Attention to detail and ability to operate independently.

- Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Degree.
