Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Designer at Studio AsA in Pune. As a Lead Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day design activities, managing projects, and collaborating with clients to create innovative and personalized spaces. You will work closely with the design team to explore materials, techniques, and aesthetics, resulting in modern and functional spaces. You will also be involved in project management, ensuring effective time management, quality control, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Interior design
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of materials, techniques, and aesthetics
• Experience in project management, including time management and budgeting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and mentor a design team
• Attention to detail and an eye for quality
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
