GRAPHIC DESIGN LEAD

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Graphic Design Lead to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in brand-side designing and a proven track record of leading diverse design teams. This role requires expertise in product packaging, offline collaterals, social media trends, website A+ content, catalog creation, and performance marketing asset creation.

Location: Gurgaon (office based)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, videographers, packaging designers, and design interns.

Develop and execute creative strategies for various projects, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.

Oversee the design and production of high-quality packaging, offline marketing materials, social media assets, website content, and catalogs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media trends, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and competitive.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create performance marketing assets that drive engagement and conversions.

Ensure all design projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Foster a collaborative and disciplined work environment, ensuring team members are motivated and productive.

Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably on the brand side.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

- Excellent understanding of current social media trends and digital marketing.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Sincere, disciplined, and results-driven attitude.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Immediate availability to join within a month is preferred.

- Proven experience in leading and managing design teams.
