Job Description
- 6+ years of Professional Experience as a MSSQL Developer or Database Developer.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
- Experience in Database Design & Architecture.
- Knowledge or experience in Duck Creek Insights.
- Experience in Insurance domain.
- Strong expertise in query optimization, performance tuning, and database indexing.
- Expertise in handling Team members and leading them.
- Must have Client handling experience.
- Good to have scratch-built development experience.
- Experience with ETL Processes (SSIS) and data integration techniques.
- Experience with Power BI & DAX Queries
- Familiarity with database design principles and normalization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with one or more relational database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior developers is a plus.
