Asset Record-Keeping.
Quarterly Audits and Reporting
DC Site Visits, once site a month
Inward & Outward Directory
Asset Health & Maintenance support
Store Keeping
Logistic Support
DC Operations & Networks: Planning, Implementation and Policy/Process Adherence
Site Operations & Access Permissions
Performance Monitoring of network devices
Circuit Level - Record-Keeping for all 11 Sites
Network Maintenance & Change Management Support
Cable Management & Record Keeping
Network Security as per policy
Attend critical application escalations
Coordination with Field Executives and ensure execution as per scope
Technical & Knowledge base documentation
Ensure escalation from L1 is attended and resolved
Involving in DC activities: Asset Shipment support, tracking and implementation
Handling Field Feasibilities & Implementation
Maintaining call report
Audit & Reporting (In collaboration with the Vendor / Managed Services Team)
Monthly site as-built Check and Record-K.
Quarterly Audits and Reporting
DC Site Visits, once site a month
Applicants with 7-10 years of experience can apply (from tech / non-tech graduate programs)
The decision of handling any downlink/Server under Project and deciding how they are to be handled.
Developing or identifying network cable/rack/cabinet installation processes and standards.
Experience in handling multiple migration projects.
Ability to maintain all structured cabling and connectivity.
Crisp oversight and clear communications with vendors.
Should have excellent time-management skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Products, i.e. Word, Excel, etc
Should be a go-getter, ability to work independently is a must
Strong troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills
