We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst who will extract/ develop workplace-logic sequences for identified workplace performance criteria belonging to the following scenarios
- Business/ Organisation specific work style and culture.
- Spatial allocations for identified work spaces, and work modes/ work-profiles
- Spatial typologies and their associations to respective work modes/ styles/ cultures
- Develop data templates for ail aforementioned aspects and drive influential decisions by creating and maintaining Saltmine platform to review operational efficiencies and drive decision quality throughout our business and other partners
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Collect problem statements and Validate the business requirements for custom dashboards or report
- Outline machine-readable data from IWMS sources and generate machine-readable data sets
- lngest curated machine-readable data sets in order to configure customer data on Saltmine platform
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of given project demo and implementation
- Manage and Maintain client data portfolio and updates
- Extract and maintain quantitative reasoning data for all client project portfolios
- Collaborate with the CS, PM, and Design Team to review and evaluate project scope
- Develop/ Run self-QC templates for all implementation data assignments, reasoning, and analytics
- Validating the accuracy of the data being collected
- Writing and implementing scripts for data processing
WHAT WILL YOU NEED:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce, Business Management, Information Management or Statistics
- 4+ corporate years of experience in operations, facility planning, Workplace & Design. Should be ready to learn and take up the non-traditional design delivery approach.
- With an expedition to be an out-runner and innovator
- Should be self-motivated, able to manage a team as well as drive them towards excellence.
- Set clear team goals and delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Experience in an online product company, outsourcing company, or startup environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate appropriately in business and technical situations at all levels
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Efficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite (Excel/ Spreadsheet, Slides & Doc)
- Experience with analytical tools like; Sisense, AWS QuickSight, Google Data Studio, Power BI, etc. is a plus
