Job Summary-
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Salesforce technology to design and implement technical solutions to meet business objectives.
You will be working with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, conduct feasibility studies come-up with solution design & architecture and work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of systems and processes.
To ensure success as a business systems analyst, you should be proactive, have an appetite to learn, and research-oriented skills.
You will also analyse the integration fallouts and error logs to understand the root-cause for the issues and implement both corrective and preventive actions.
SCOPE
- Responsible design and implement technical solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity & effectiveness.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead the technical solution design and implementation to create solutions to meet business needs and/or resolve system/process issues.
- Drives workshops, design thinking sessions to identify problem statements, consumption use cases, as well as ideate and recommend solutions.
- Perform detailed analysis of business and technical processes and requirements.
- Responsible for business process understanding of data consumption.
- Drive MVPs / POCs to validate new solutions.
- Ability to interpret data to derive root cause assessment.
- Work with cross-functional teams to analyse current state, envisioned future state, formulate data strategy and data modernization plan.
- Drive Operational transformation & innovation - leverage Machine-Learning capabilities, Intelligent automation, process revamp, etc.
- Implement data management best practices, rolling out data governance, data quality and health scorecards.
- Develop, document, and maintain data quality goals and standards.
- Lead requirement meetings and author business requirement documents for enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support, investigate and resolve issues related to integration fallouts and error logs, and assist end-users in resolving problems.
- Create and maintain documentation related to the data models, data flow diagrams. Nomenclatures, etc.

Work Experience
- Overall, 8 - 12 Years experience range with 5 to 7 years experience in data strategy, Management or governance.
- 3 to 5 years experience using SalesForce.com for reporting, data analysis, assignment rules, workflows and other functional support activities.
- Should have practical experience of implementing solutions to modernize data and a flair of innovation.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Proven ability to provide guidance and make decisions that require judgment and consideration of possible impacts.
- Good knowledge of commerce process - lead to cash flow.
- Self-directed and proactive approach to tackling problems and leveraging resources.
- Demonstrated process management, testing and document control skills.
- Experience with identifying improvement opportunities, defining and implementing new processes.
- Should perform end to end RCA on issues and challenges that are reported by business system users and process owners.
- Exposure to building playbooks, SOPs, KPIs will be an added advantage.
- Should have excellent knowledge of proactive data analysis in conjunction with business needs.
- Hands-on experience in salesforce configuration.
- Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment.
