ole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Lead at Mulmul in New Delhi. The Customer Service Lead will be responsible for overseeing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience expertise
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial
Ability to lead and mentor a team- Knowledge of the fashion industry or ethnic wear is a plus

Pay: 30,- 00 - 40,000.00 per month
