This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Lead at Mulmul in New Delhi. The Customer Service Lead will be responsible for overseeing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience expertise
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial
Ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry or ethnic wear is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,
  • 00 - 40,000.00 per month

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
