Key Responsibilities
- Creative Vision:
- Develop and implement the creative vision for Oswaal Books, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of engaging and visually appealing content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire the creative and social media marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse the performance of creative and social media initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
