We are looking for a Lead Corporate Recruiter with expertise in domestic India shift recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for senior leadership and business development roles.

This position is integral to our in-house recruiting team in Noida, requiring a high level of professionalism and hands-on experience with tools like Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for C-level and business development positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment goals.
• Source and screen candidates through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications, focusing on communication and cultural fit.
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from application to offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a corporate recruiter, specifically in domestic recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, with attention to detail.
• Immediate availability to join.
