Work Experience
1. Prior experience in new Anchor onboarding and anchor management is a must.
2. Candidates have prior experience in Large/Mid Corporate banking / Credit Rating Agencies will be considered.
3. Should have demonstrated ability to engage with CFO/Finance Heads of corporates.
4. Demonstrated ability to translate the program to sales team and ensure sourcing.
Job Description /
Key Result Areas
1. Propose various criteria for shortlisting Target Anchors in various sectors/geographies.
2. Reach out to CFOs/Finance Heads at Target Anchor end and pitch
3. Design bespoke SCF solutions to suite Anchor environment & share Term Sheets.
4. Negotiate and close Anchor Agreements / MoUs with Anchor teams.
5. Share inputs & provide coordination to Credit Team for finalizing the Anchor Program.
6. Roll out Anchor Programs to Sales Teams and guide Sales on Program USPs/Pitch.
7. Monitoring Anchor portfolio and timely escalation about any overdue / potential stress.
8. Regular visitations/relationship management with Anchor teams to share feedback and enhance immediate business potential.
9. Guide and mentor Manager Corporate Coverage on KRAs.
10. Participate in various Supply Chain events / forums across the country to position
PROFECTUSS SCF offerings in a positive light.
