What's the role
Key Responsibilities & goals:
- Manage KPIs related to transportation and movement of goods/tools - Warehouse to Customers, Reverse logistics of tools and replenishment between Stores
- Deep dive into data to arrive at actionable insights for improving KPIs and controlling of delivery performance (Carrier Reliability)
- Identify key initiatives for continuous performance improvement and work with cross-functional stakeholders for execution
- Continuous review of carrier partner landscape; Identify and onboard new partners when required
- Drive Monthly/Quarterly business review meetings with carriers; Manage overall relationships with carrier partners
- Implement solutions for specific customer needs (job-site delivery, same-day, etc.)
- Effectively utilize internal team members to manage escalations from Sales and customers related to Pick-up/deliveries or other related issues through coordination with carrier partners
- Be a key participant in network review and capacity assessment exercises
- Ensure Legal Compliance such as E-way bill part B etc. and other documentation such as Proof of Delivery
- Manage a team of people (off-roll/on-roll)

What you need is:
- 2-3 Experience in Supply Chain- (preferably Transportation & Logistics) /Project Management.
- MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes
- Knowledge of IT including SAP and Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work independently and as well as a team player
- Strong analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills
- Process Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High sense of accountability and ownership; Self-motivated
