Contributing in maintaining repositories of headlines, stories, templates (emails) originally crafted at the division
Leading Reward communications emailing for colleagues
Event Management Experience
Has experience in organizing & managing large scale events for colleagues
Preparation and coordination with key divisions
Landing site (mentimeter/other) website responsibilities for Quiz/Contest type events
Ability to create complete reports on events
To provide efficient and proactive support
Day-to-day tasks like foldering all initiatives on/content sent/content calendar
Providing some admin support to broader infrastructure of business teams connecting to resolve their queries/source content/upload/share explainer documents
Connect with IT on problem resolution and maintenance of various portals/email clients etc. where our work lives, gets implemented
