1. Will support the HOD as part of Internal communications and colleague engagement, in providing editorial, copywriting, publication:
a. Daily Mailer editing, proof-check, publication
b. Collaboration with Designers
c. Ideation support, Creating documentation, MS Teams form SURVEYS FOR:
i. Contests
ii. Quizzes
d. Contributing in summarizing & presentation-creations for Language Insights program
e. Contributing in maintaining repositories of headlines, stories, templates (emails) originally crafted at the division
f. Leading Reward communications emailing for colleagues
2. Event Management Experience
a. Has experience in organizing & managing large scale events for colleagues
b. Preparation and coordination with key divisions
c. Landing site (mentimeter/other) website responsibilities for Quiz/Contest type events
d. Ability to create complete reports on events
3. To provide efficient and proactive support
a. Day-to-day tasks like foldering all initiatives on/content sent/content calendar
b. Providing some admin support to broader infrastructure of business teams connecting to resolve their queries/source content/upload/share explainer documents
c. Connect with IT on problem resolution and maintenance of various portals/email clients etc. where our work lives, gets implemented
d. Respond to colleague queries
e. Respond to business teams/queries/share invites for submissions
4. Has exceptional organizational skills and documentation skills
a. Great attention to detail

d. Drive initiatives of engagement
5. Complete end-to-end management of the portals
a. Create/edit/proof short-form content
b. Have foundational-to-strong knowledge of analytics for the metrics and reporting on the websites performance/key parameters
