Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Content Strategist to drive our content initiatives and ensure alignment with our business objectives. You will be responsible for crafting a comprehensive content strategy that resonates with our target audience, enhances brand awareness, and supports our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Planning:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Conduct audience research and market analysis to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities.
Content Development:
- Curate high-quality content across multiple channels, including blogs, social media, email, and website
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is consistent, engaging, and on-brand.
- Write thought leadership content that can be published in Goodera's articles, blogs, reports and social media
- Curate volunteering campaign ideas (campaign names, tag lines, video scripts, etc.) for Goodera's customers
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, providing guidance and feedback to foster growth and creativity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure content consistency and alignment.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging content technologies to keep our strategy fresh and innovative.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, English, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B content strategy, copywriting, or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
