Lead Consultant -Senior React / Next.js Developer

Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant -Senior React / Next.js Developer

Responsibilities:

. Develop, test, and maintain responsive, high-quality front-end applications using React and Next.js
. Lead and grow more junior frontend developers
. Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement and enhance UI/UX across projects
. Optimize front-end performance, ensuring applications are performant, accessible, and SEO-friendly
. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across browsers and devices
. Participate actively in code reviews and cross-functional engineering team meetings
. Commit to (and implement where necessary) standards of code quality and consistency

Required Skills:

. Expert knowledge of & experience with React and Next.js
. Experience leading a team of frontend developers
. Troubleshoot, diagnose issues, and solve problems with existing code
. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript expertise
. Version Control (Git)
. Problem Solving and Communication

Optional Skills:

. Responsive Design and Cross-Browser Compatibility
. Familiarity with TypeScript and experience using it in a Next.js environment
. Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks, such as Jest or Cypress
. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) or React Query

. Bachelor&rsquos degree in business information systems (IS), computer science or related field, or equivalent-related IT experience
