In this role, you will be responsible for project Lead, User Roles, Cutover Planning,

Responsibilities
. User Roles, Cutover Planning
. Analyze and document current business processes, identify areas of improvement, and develop and implement new processes
. Study customer requirements on Finance process
. Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with all financial regulations and lawses and map them in Oracle Cloud.
. Analyse As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes
. Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement.
. Suggest best practices to improve business processes.
. Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Oracle Cloud processes at L3 to L5 levels.
. Prepare Test Scripts and perform Testing Oracle Cloud functionality & configuration.
. Impart training to users on Oracle Cloud
. Should have experience on Fusion Finance Functional.

. Any Graduate/BSC/MBA/M.Tech/MCA
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
. Should have experience on Oracle cloud Finance Functional.
. Professional, precise communication skills
. Should have experience in Oracle Implementation and Support
. Expert knowledge in Accounting and Business Process Flows
. Ability to deliver under strict timelines.
. Good communication and customer facing skills.
. Should be flexible to work 24.7
