• o Drive Project Management as a Service (PMaaS) Practice globally to scale up business analysts, Scrum, Project Management skill sets across multiple engagements


• o Experience with Agile and Waterfall approach, Scrum, SAFe, PMP Project Certification etc.


• o Responsible for all communication with business leadership and client to drive Change management


• o Work closely with local sales and account team to mine opportunities for Project Management as a Service for consultative selling


• o Support local sales team for business growth and bringing in downstream, business as well


• o Contribute from required ask in the running RFP, proposals or bids in respective geography


• o Liaise with Sales and Delivery team across the globe to create new working model and engagement model for getting these skills in the client business

• o Conduct workshops with clients to sell consultative led solutions


• o Meticulously driving the change management


• o Benchmarking performance of existing customers vis- -vis competition


• Supporting as governance layer and set up the risk mitigation approach for local running projects

• o Share progress on the running leads and pipeline with leadership


• o Participate in Governance reviews with clients on all running projects


• Spread awareness around Project Management as a Service

• o Min 12+ years of overall experience


• o 10+ years of experience in Project Management and business Analysis domain
