Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site Lead Consultant role located in Ahmedabad. The Lead Consultant will be responsible for providing HR & Sales consulting services, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing communication with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role will also involve providing consulting expertise and guidance to clients.

• Advising management on the Existing policies and procedures and Formulation of New Policy as per Industry Standard
• Setting up of every Department as per client's Product Portfolio, Budget and Industruy Standards
• Implementing the Business Transformation strategies
• Implementing the training Scope
• Preparing and implementing Yearly Sales Strategies
• Assisting Marketing team in execution of Marketing plan
• Leading the Team of the Client in the market as well as the Sales Support Team at Client's Market
• Assisting the client in hiring the best talent and implementation of HR scope of work
• Streamlining the Day to day operation of an organization to make organization Auto on Process
• Ready to travel
