Drive client level mandate implementation pertaining to Cash Management solution and channels cross wholesale banking client segments. Work closely with the Product sales manager and Team lead for managing end to end deal management from requirement phase to go live phase. Work with the Client Service team for a smooth handover post mandate won and manage the project for end-to-end client to bank implementation and roll outs. Work closely with Operations, IT teams for faster and smooth onboarding of the clients and also devise process re-engineering to improve and enhance the overall implementation process. Mentor the Implementation advisors and guide them for smooth roll out of deals across the region.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Implementation team for Wholesale banking portfolio for West 1 region
- Manage end to end Implementations for the clients
- Manage and execute of implementation of Treasury, Trade Finance and cash management solutions (payments, receivables, treasury, trade, electronic banking, Swift) delivered through various Digital Channels of the bank
- End to end deal/mandate management from understanding the functional and technical requirements of the client and working with the back-end delivery teams to be able to deliver the same
- Should have a good understanding of API integrations, H2H technologies, file level customizations and mapping Should have deep techno functional understanding of cash management product and solutions in terms of customer and transaction journeys
- Adhere to Project Management framework while executing large or complex projects
- Work closely with the product team as partners to promote quality solutions for clients and provide feedback in enhancing the product offering based on client engagements
- Play a very active and engaged role in conceptualizing digital journeys for corporates with unique solutions built in and create the framework for delivery thematic based offerings catering to corporate ecosystem
- Work closely with the internal teams to ensure readiness for new product rollout
- Ensure that appropriate guidance is provided to clients on documentation requirements and ensure independent review of completed documentation
- Manage client issues during a project and ensure swift resolution
- Ensure that there is maintenance of up-to-date working knowledge of the bank s client access products/services, payment and trade capabilities, internal operations and local regulatory requirements
- Engage with Compliance and Legal to handle documentation exceptions and approvals as applicable
- Build and deepen working relationship with business partners, IT vendors, Operations, Operational Risk teams
- Engage in consolidating monthly metrics and act on feedback received through Post Implementation Reviews every quarter
- Work on ways and means to improve processes to achieve cost savings for the bank and service excellence for clients.
- Focus on total client relationship and servicing a broad range of client needs, Manage provision of end-to-end delivery of solution to existing and new clients
- Periodically review effectiveness of solution with client stakeholders
- Publish dashboard for management consumption for Head Implementation and drive efficiency projects at pan India level
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate - Any
Postgraduate - MBA/ CA/ Technical degrees
Understanding of technical implementation is a must in terms of connectivity, technology, API and H2H construct and should be able to devise queries for report cum format creation
Experience:
10-18 years of experience in client end implementation and project management, understanding of cash management technologies and services, STP/ NSTP integrations, encryption/decryption, queries, customized report creation, client end reconciliation etc
