Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Channel Partner to join our team at Brick & Bolt. This mid-level, full-time position is based in Bangalore, Chennai, or Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of relevant work experience in sales strategy, channel development, and relationship management. As a Lead Channel Partner, you will drive channel sales and ensure effective partnership management to support our growth and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications And Skills
- Must have a 1 to 6 years of experience in Channel Sales from the Real Estate Industry
- Must be fluent in regional languages.
- Must be flexible in traveling.
- Education Qualification UG/ PG in Marketing (Not mandatory)
Roles And Responsibilities
- Meet a Targeted Number of New additions to the Channel partner base every month/ Quarter
- Develop the network and engage with various Channel Partners/ Real Estate Agents & Promote Sales
- Develop a healthy customer database through channel partners
- Manage daily routine calls for arranging client meetings with the Technical Sales Team and effectively plan the same
- Ensure the CP activation on major sourcing activities for the generation of healthy lead pipeline
- Ensure regular product and price updates to the Channel Partners
- Manage Relationship with the Cross Functional teams like OS, Project Management etc. to ensure the targeted leads to sales conversion
