Will be responsible to support supervisory tools and work on multiple projects simultaneously, creating system requirements, developing application code, coordinating testing and deployments. Collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders. Collaborate with the development team to provide optimized solutions with focus on improving efficiency. Collaborate and work with business owners to provide optimal alignment and approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Application maintenance and documentation: Author, build, and maintain a knowledge repository to ensure effective tool management and maintenance
- Experience writing requirements/stories, and writing and performing test cases
- Manage report deliveries within defined TAT and perform quality checks to ensure report accuracy.
- Work with many different internal and external stakeholders and tool users
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to assess data and make decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree
- Relevant experience of working in similar functions.
- People management experience of at least 1 year.
- Understanding of the US financial system, products, services, and regulatory system.
- Working knowledge of different tools like Power BI, Power App, SQL, SSRS.
- Experience with Agile/JIRA.
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
- Able to prepare and deliver presentations based on data received and analyzed
