As a Lead BI Specialist, you will provide thought leadership in designing and developing BI strategies and solutions.
What you will OWN:
- Lead the implementation of BI strategies and build best in class KPIs for various industries in Loyalty and Customer Engagement Space.
- Lead the team in designing and implementing cutting-edge BI solutions that empower enterprises with insightful data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Drive the design and optimization of SQL, reports, and dashboards to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Lead data transformation and data analysis and build data insights.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in BI practices, SQL optimization, data visualization, and reporting best practices.
- Oversee the integration of Gen-AI/ML-based insights to detect Fraud and Anamolies, forecast sales, suggest the next best Offers, predict customer churn etc.
- Build reports and dashboards on multiple Reporting tools.
You would make a GREAT FIT if you have :
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence or related field.
- A strong background in transforming data into actionable insights - identify trends and share meaningful insights , and a proven experience in leading a team.
- Experience in gathering business requirements and leading strategic data initiatives to drive best-in-class results.
- Experience using SQL, ETL and databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
- Experience with large-scale data and analytics projects, including using AWS technologies Postgres, AWS-Redshift, S3, etc.
- Proficiency in designing dashboards with the use of visualization tool Amazon Quicksight (experience on similar tools PowerBI, Tableau is also accepted).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
