Overview:
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Business Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will work directly with our clients to implement RDash, a comprehensive construction project management software. This role requires extensive on-site presence at client locations, providing expert guidance and support to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of RDash within their operations.
You will serve as the central point of contact across departments, offering insights, resolving issues, and facilitating smooth onboarding of Product. With a focus on relationship-building and problem-solving, you will be instrumental in achieving project success and driving business growth.
Description
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific business needs and objectives related to construction project management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and our team during the RDash implementation process.
- Conduct regular meetings and status updates to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
- Led the deployment of RDash software at client locations, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
- Customize and configure RDash to meet the unique requirements of each client, including workflow integration, data migration, and system setup.
- Provide hands-on training and support to client teams, helping them to effectively use RDash in their daily operations.
- Analyze existing client processes and recommend improvements through the implementation of RDash.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the deployment process, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Provide best practices and industry insights to help clients maximize the value of RDash.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for RDash implementation projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including developers and technical support, to meet all client needs.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients post-implementation to ensure the continued success of RDash.
- Conduct follow-up evaluations and make recommendations for further enhancements or training as needed.
Qualification
- 5 or more years of experience in working with Project Development Services (PDS) or Project Coordinations or Account Management or PMO functions.
- Must have 5 or more years of experience in Real Estate or Corporate Real Estate (CRE) industry.
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Construction Management or Building Engineering & Management or Architecture or releasted courses.
- Strong understanding of construction project management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels.
- Proficient in using and configuring construction project management software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively to client locations.
