1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to understand their needs and turning these into requirement specifications.
2. Kick-off Meetings and Gap Analysis: Initiate meetings with stakeholders to understand their requirements and Identify gaps between current processes and desired outcomes.
3. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimizing the use of SAP systems.
4. SAP Module Expertise (good to have): Knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)
5. Delivery proposal : Assist in building the Approach, scope (in/out of scope), indicative timelines, costs, resources, dependencies
6. Outline Risks: Key dependencies and mitigation plan to produce Future State for Trading Finance
7. Documenting: Assist in preparing Trading S4 HANA GIP
