Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager/Assistant Manager for Blue Collar Manpower to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with manpower agents across India, a deep understanding of infrastructure projects, and the ability to partner with agents to source skilled and unskilled workers, such as masons, shuttering carpenters, bar benders, welders, grinders, and all types of civil and mechanical labor.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with manpower agents across India to source skilled and unskilled blue-collar workers.
Understand the specific needs of infrastructure projects and match them with the right manpower.
Regularly recruit new agents and labor supervisors in villages to assist in sourcing labor.
Leverage an existing network of labor supply agents for civil and mechanical labor.
Ensure a steady and reliable supply of manpower to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers to understand labor requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in working with manpower agents and sourcing blue-collar labor for infrastructure projects.
Strong network of existing labor supply agents for civil and mechanical labor.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel as required to develop and maintain agent and labor supervisor relationships.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on quality and efficiency.
