Who are we looking for
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with prior expertise in designing and developing high-performance backend systems on Cloud. This role would be responsible for building backend capabilities for our app and accelerate our growth initiatives.
You're a Great Fit If You
- Have 6+ years of hands-on experience in programming with Go, Node.js, or Python
- Possess strong understanding of Realtime Systems, Redis, Websockets, Event-Driven Architectures
- Have expertise in databases such as MySQL, Firestore, Realtime Database
- Are proficient in cloud platforms like GCP and experience with CI/CD tools
- Have experience with monitoring tools and performance optimization
- Have the passion for mentoring and grooming engineers
- Curious about learning new tools, discovering innovations, setting up new processes to make us better
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience in financial markets, particularly trading and options, or a willingness to dive deep into this space.
- Have a proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments where autonomy and self-management are key.
- Have worked closely with founders or senior leadership to influence business decisions
