Manual Test case execution

Issue resolution / Problem solving with relevant stakeholders
Identify and select test automation tool for a project
Test Automation using Functional and Performance tools
Develop and recruit staff
Adherence to project processes
Test reporting and metrics

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E)
6 to 9 Years of experience in Testing (Manual & Automation)
Experience in Product testing (Operating Systems) and Systems Engineering and thinking.
Experience in testing Web Applications, Client / Server Applications
Experience in Windows XP, 2008 and 7 environments
Experience in VMware environments
Experience in Linux environments
Knowledge of various Software Development Life cycles
Experience in defining Test Plan / Strategy
Experience in Test estimation techniques
Very good analytical and requirements understanding skills
Experience in different Software Test Types & Techniques
Experience in Test Case creation, execution and Defect Management.
Experience in any of the Test Management tools (Jira, Testlink)
Experience in any of the Test Automation Tools (Python, CodedUI, WinApp driver)
Experience in any of the Defect Management Tools (Jira)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
CSTE, ISTQB, CSTM Good to have test certifications
Prior work experience in a Technical management/supervisory position is preferred
Ability to manage a team
Experience in test reporting and metrics
