Job Description

Position Title: Lead Analytics & Automation, Enterprise Technology Group

Reporting into: Head - Analytics, Enterprise Technology Group

Business/Function: Enterprise Technology Group

Location: Mumbai

Work Pattern: 100% Work from Office

Purpose of the role: The incumbent will have to develop, design & deploy data analytics, AI/ML and process automation driven solutions that can be leveraged by business teams to drive efficiencies. The incumbent will have to engage with business units to understand their needs and business priorities and accordingly deliver insights and efficiency-enhancing solutions in a consultative manner. In parallel, work with Vendor team to operationalize and manage engagements around the same.

Automation

Implement end-user automation through RPA
Responsible for process evaluation and then delivering solutions accordingly
Operationally maintaining all the deployed BOTS and solutions on cloud
Demonstrate strong understanding of process, automation technologies, business workflows and control requirements
Good understanding of process mining / process discovery tools

Identification of potential use case
Development and deployment of solutions on time
Platform and partner evaluation

AI ML

Lead the conceptualization, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) models and solutions, both in the cloud and on-premise, to solve business problems and derive business insights
Define, enhance, and drive AI / ML design and development practices, standards, processes, tools, and templates, including security and usability standards for on-premise and cloud-hosted software solutions

AI ML use cases generating business value
AI/ML CoE

Business Intelligence dashboarding/ Enterprise Data lake

Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions
Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
Define protocols for standardization and accuracy of reporting

Timely and accurate dashboards
Establishing the enterprise data lake with multiple source of data

Data management

Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables
Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements

Develop analytics strategy
Support development of new capabilities and data monetization initiatives
Develop through iterative prototyping new insights solutions leveraging your data and insights generation expertise, using technologies like SQL, Big Data Ecosystem (Hive, Spark, Impala), R, SAS, Python, Viz tools Tableau, Power BI, SAS VA, Qlik, etc.

Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of vendors and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Anticipate future demands of initiatives and communicate the same with vendors

Track team performance at an overall and individual level and provide support/ guidance wherever required to ensure achievement of yearly plans
Manage effective resource allocation across different teams, enhance the capability quotient of team members and drive higher team engagement through appropriate HR interventions

Educational & Work Experiences / Key Requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Computer Applications/Master of Computer Applications
15-18 years of overall experience in Business Intelligence, Advance Analytics, Data Management, Automation & AI/ML in large corporations preferably in sectors like Media, Telecom, FMCG, Retail, BFSI
4-5 years experience in at least one of market leading RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UI Path and deep understanding of related technology and architecture concepts
3-5 years experience in design and delivery of AI/ML based use-cases
