Lead Assistant Manager

Competencies Required:

. Requires excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills. Must be able to prioritize and process a variety of tasks and high volumes of work in a fast paced environment with a high degree of accuracy

. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service

. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

. Requires advanced problem solving skills and ability to provide alternate options and solutions

. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

. The ability to work well under pressure

. He/ She should be flexible to work in night shifts.

Brief Job Description:

. He/ she needs to interact with the offshore team for day-to-day reporting & process requirements.

. This will also include maintaining daily staffing, analysis & forecasting.

. Tracking the daily volumes [Received & Completed]

. Assist in addressing functional needs of employees across the process

. Analyzing the data and coming with insights which can be used for further improvements.

. Coming up with innovative solutions, which can help in reduced manual work and increase automation to improve process efficiency

. Mentoring team members, interacting with the stakeholders & responsible for end to end operations

. Should show sufficient flexibility and urgency to handle pressure in a cross-cultural environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

. A graduate/post graduate qualification in any stream

. Minimum experience of 3 - 5 years

. Experience in the MIS function will be preferred
