Job Description

Job Description: Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, system configuration, and enhancement for the company's procurement systems. This role focuses on troubleshooting system issues, ensuring system performance, and working closely with the procurement team to optimize system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve technical issues in the Ariba procurement system, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Manage system configuration for the Ariba platform and ensure enhancements are aligned with business requirements.
  • Assist in resolving supplier queries related to their Ariba accounts, including payment terms file uploads.
  • Provide system support for purchase order changes, vendor creation, and vendor qualification processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements, and automation.
  • Generate system-based reports to support procurement operations and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree plus understanding of procurement systems
  • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or similar role, preferably in procurement or supply chain.
  • Experience with Ariba or similar procurement systems.
  • Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and business workflows.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in system configuration and management.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
