Lead Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Excel & MIS (Management Information System) resource. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of advanced Excel functions and will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing business reports and dashboards. They will work closely with different departments to provide actionable insights, improve data management, and contribute to decision-making processes through effective data visualization and analysis.

Create dynamic reports and perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers

Manage large datasets, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency

Design and develop comprehensive MIS reports based on organizational needs

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for various business units, including finance, RMG

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs

Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus

2+ years of experience in a similar role focused on advanced Excel functions and MIS reporting

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to senior management and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
