Lead Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java programming, along with a strong understanding of modern development practices, architectural patterns, and Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Ensure best practices are followed, including test-driven development, version control, and continuous integration.
• Participate in architectural discussions and design decisions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentoring to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve the performance of existing Java applications.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and stability of the application.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in software development.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of the codebase.
• Manage deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of production environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
