Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas including preferred Skills and Experience

  • Managing a team of 5-8 associates / senior associates to complete AP processes on time and as per SLAs
  • Ensuring all quality parameters are met by the team while completing the AP process
  • Review of payment batches and AP Invoices above threshold
  • Coordinating with onshore counterparts for resolving exceptions
  • Conducting governance calls, putting RCAs in place and communicating with client on a routine and ad-hoc basis
  • Preparing accruals, month-end reports etc

Competencies

  • 4-6 years of experience in Accounts Payable in BPO sector
  • Knowledge of AP processes and ERP (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics Navision, D365 etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage a small team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
