Job Description

  • Responsible for assuring efficient, timely, quality support to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Supervise shipping, collateral, and post-closing to ensure on time receipt of closed loan packages imported and/or submitted from other parties/agencies
  • Responsible for portfolio management, performance monitoring and related documentation of periodic statistics and status reports, and meeting the target KPIs / metrics
  • Lead and guide business process analysts, senior analysts to cull out relevant industry specific trends that impact business decisions
  • Monitor SLA performance and initiate process improvements
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate training requirements of personnel
  • Should possess excellent knowledge of various banking back-office services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across the organization at all band levels
  • Ensure documents required for processing, underwriting, and closing are complete with the credit limits loaded properly
  • Support underwriting and post underwriting review (in conjunction with analysts), exception handling
  • Oversee risk classifications as per company policies
  • Supervise timely covenant compliance review which include managing approvals, waivers and default letters
