Responsible for assuring efficient, timely, quality support to customers and internal stakeholders
Supervise shipping, collateral, and post-closing to ensure on time receipt of closed loan packages imported and/or submitted from other parties/agencies
Responsible for portfolio management, performance monitoring and related documentation of periodic statistics and status reports, and meeting the target KPIs / metrics
Lead and guide business process analysts, senior analysts to cull out relevant industry specific trends that impact business decisions
Monitor SLA performance and initiate process improvements
Ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements
Coordinate training requirements of personnel
Should possess excellent knowledge of various banking back-office services
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across the organization at all band levels
Ensure documents required for processing, underwriting, and closing are complete with the credit limits loaded properly
Support underwriting and post underwriting review (in conjunction with analysts), exception handling
Oversee risk classifications as per company policies
Supervise timely covenant compliance review which include managing approvals, waivers and default letters
