Job Description
Job Title: Lead Application Specialist - MR/RF Coils
In this role, you will have the opportunity to define, develop and maintain application requirements of MR coils. You are responsible for identifying appropriate features and realization in a range of products. You will ensure that product design is consistent with user requirements, application needs and safety.
Your Role:
Create usability requirements, planning and manage product validation planning and execution of the same. Develop operator's documentation and training materials. Part of a cross specialty IQ trouble shooting team, marketing support.
Manage and perform usability studies during the various stages of coil development & Maintenance. Perform clinical IQ testing on new coils as well as for modified MR coils.
Identify system protocols and manage clinical validation.
Develop user documentation. Develop and perform Applications training.
Develop and execute an instruction program for the customers, to help customers in understanding of the operation of the system and choice of functions.
Monitor the use of each system by regularly contact with the users, solve problems about the operation of the system.
Work closely with the product team to increase and maintain the application knowledge.
Participate in the development of new functionality and the updated system settings.
Work with cross-functional teams to solve customer issues/complaints.
You're the right fit if:
You have Bachelor's / Master's degree in Radiology.
8+ years of experience with Magnetic Resonance Imaging and RF Coils in hospital or healthcare industry.
Knowledge in competitors product and technology is preferred.
Good presentation, selling and communication skills.
Fluent with both written and spoken communication skills in English.
Ability to get accurate local market data (products used in hospitals, procedures, volumes etc.).
