Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes and negotiate CTC with candidates.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices and provide well-documented recruiting reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process and promote the company's reputation as the best place to work.
- Focus on metrics improvement with respect to cost, time, and quality of hiring/onboarding processes.
- Optimize costs and realize ROI.
- Ensure compliance with the quality of deliverables.
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with internal and external stakeholders and recommend process improvements.
- Comply with internal requirements and complete required activities as per deadlines.
- Have hands-on experience with various selection processes, such as video interviewing, eligibility checks, offer rollout in the system, etc.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong decision-making skills.
Reporting Relationship: Reports to Unit TAG Lead

BACHELOR OF COMMERCE
- Minimum years of experience: 3 to 8 years of TAG Experience

JD - Lead
Position: Lead
Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of lateral requirements from sourcing until the candidate joins.
- Lead the team of recruiters and support staff to enable and achieve business goals.
- Ensure timely sourcing is initiated for all approved demands and share the sourcing plan with the sourcing team.
- Validate offers without any noncompliance.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly offer targets and EP recruitment target achievement in offers and joiners.
- Ensure compliance with processes and SLAs (TAT, Payment SLA, p-file, data accuracy, BGC, etc.).
- Enablement of WFP for EP hiring.
- Perform data analytics, accurate data management, and cost management of lateral hires.
- Groom and motivate teams to align and meet business demands on a timely basis.
- Effectively and regularly manage stakeholders and handle escalations.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reviews/governance on various TAG metrics.
