Job Description

PMO Analyst**Position Summary:**We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical PMO Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO Analyst will support project managers and teams by providing crucial data analysis, reporting, and project tracking. This role will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by maintaining project documentation, coordinating resources, and monitoring project performance.**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Project Support:** - Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. - Coordinate project activities and ensure project deliverables are met.2. **Data Analysis and Reporting:** - Collect, analyze, and report project performance data. - Develop and maintain project dashboards and status reports. - Identify and escalate project risks and issues.3. **Documentation and Compliance:** - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, and schedules. - Ensure compliance with PMO standards and methodologies. - Support the creation and maintenance of PMO processes, tools, and templates.4. **Resource Management:** - Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning. - Monitor and track resource utilization and project timelines.5. **Stakeholder Communication:** - Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and project teams. - Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders.6. **Continuous Improvement:** - Identify opportunities for process improvements within the PMO. - Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance project delivery.**Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.- 2-4 years of experience in project management or PMO support roles.- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.**Skills:**- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
