As part of the DnA team, this will be an individual contributor role where you will be responsible for leading various aspects of analytics execution and project ownership. You will lead custom initiatives around project development, client QBRs and strategy discussions, KPI improvement and new project ideation. As Lead Analyst, you will also be required ideate on initiatives for business development and propagate MiQ culture and values within the team.
- Own entire delivery for Flagship/Sustain accounts: Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders and ensure high quality advanced insights with top notch campaign performance.
- Focus on impactful storytelling and recommendations in QBR and SBR to ensure client stickiness.
- Be the business growth advisor and drive long term strategic conversations: Develop in-depth understanding of the account, define client business problem, identify key questions and outcomes.
- Build market leading custom POCs, activation and measurement solutions with the aim of growing the account.
- Active involvement in building Presales/Pre-Campaign decks and support on big RFP pitches to address client challenges.
- Keep the account playbooks up to date.
- Accountable for upskilling market on new analytical applications
- Identify automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies and guide Analyst, Senior Analyst on execution.
- Project leadership on central initiatives and new data/API explorations
- Provide technical expertise to the team in Python/R, Spark, Databricks, SQL, data mining, data visualization etc. and ensure tech best practices through code optimizations.
- Provide subject matter guidance on specialised analytical skillsets and new-age technology ideation & implementation.
- Lead Product stakeholders on new feature testing or feature development to help shape the MiQ product roadmap.
- Responsible for mentoring and guiding Analyst and Senior Analyst while functioning as a role model for all analysts.
- Active participation in hiring and onboarding initiatives for analyst, senior analyst and Interns.
- Represent MiQ in external events and industry forums.

Programmatic Traders: As an analyst, you collaborate with traders to optimize campaigns. By leveraging your data analysis skills & understanding of the data landscape, you provide insights on audience targeting, ad performance, and bidding strategies. This helps traders make data-driven decisions, optimize their advertising campaigns, and improve overall campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Account Managers: You work closely with account managers to leverage the power of data partnerships. Through your analysis, you help uncover valuable insights about customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance. This information allows account managers to create a compelling narrative, enhance engagement with advertisers, and showcase the effectiveness of MiQs advertising solutions.
Sales Representatives: You will also be helping the sales team by creating insights based on the key market trends and events. Your analysis helps identify potential opportunities and develop a gripping sales narrative. Additionally, you assist in responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) by providing data-driven insights and recommendations that help us in increasing the revenue streams.
Agencies & Clients: Your expertise in data analytics and data sciences is invaluable for agency and advertiser clients. By providing detailed analysis reports & solutions, you empower them to make informed decisions regarding their marketing strategies. Your insights will help clients optimize their advertising budgets, target the right audience, and maximize the effectiveness of their campaigns. Additionally, you promote MiQs internal solutions and capabilities, showcasing MiQs unique value proposition in the programmatic landscape.

What you ll bring
- Bachelor s degree in engineering or equivalent quantitative field (such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics)
- 3-5 years experience in the analytics domain
- Proficient in advanced Python/R, SQL/Hive/Presto, advanced Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Proven experience in data and business analysis Exposure on Descriptive and Inquisitive analysis
- Successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large, discrete datasets
- Strong Visualization and Storytelling skills
- Programmatic Media / Ad-Tech domain knowledge
- Knowledge of Big Data processing tools like Qubole/Databricks/Spark
- API integrations
- Experience automating manual and redundant tasks.
- Knowledge of Tableau/PowerBI/Google Data Studio
