Market Monitoring: Continuously review market landscapes to ensure optimal data coverage and provide monthly summaries of external changes to leadership.
Insight Generation: Identify key insights through advanced analytics and communicate findings to influence business investment decisions.
Collaboration: Partner with Brand Development teams to set up innovation performance reporting and validate forecasting processes.
Seasonal Monitoring: Provide monthly monitoring of seasonal categories and expected performance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with global strategy, brand development, and regional teams to ensure adoption of tools and insights.
Process Optimization: Support the optimization of reporting processes to meet evolving business needs through training and support.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in marketing, finance, sciences, economics, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in FMCG or a similar industry, with a strong understanding of data sources like NiQ, Euromonitor, and economic indicator like GDP, World Bank data, employment rate.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly.
