Job Summary
The Lead Analyst, IRP should have knowledge and hands on experience to play the following role:
- Monitoring, report out and analyze business performance and other KPIs which inform the business
- Ensure 100% accuracy and 100% timely deliverables
- Lead and develop to be the go-to person with data expertise and know-how of Inventory concepts, KPIs and implications to finances of the company
- Work effectively and efficiently with team members and be able to strike a balance between delegation and ownership
- Work on extracting, cleansing, converting and presenting data according to requirements
- Build dashboards and reports according to business needs, including conducting sensitivity analysis, what-if scenarios and goal-seek.
- Understand and contribute to ideation and execution of ad-hoc & tactical projects
- Be a team player, by stepping into business problems which may not be associated with the main business to which he/she may be aligned to
- Provide mentorship to less experienced team members, technical & functional
- Pursues self-development and effective relationships with others by organising resources and information; openly sharing information, advice, and expertise with coworkers and customers; influencing others through technical explanations and examples; seeking performance feedback; adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback
Qualities And Qualifications
- B.E or CA or MBA (Finance)
- 6+ years of experience
- Strong data collection, collation and cleansing skills
- Strong financial acumen. Having the ability to convert nomenclatures from finance into business and vice-versa.
- Strong knowledge of advanced MS Excel/ MS Office
- Strong communication skills being able to manage upward, peers and offshore teams. Being able to translate business requirements to actionable deliverables
- Advanced knowledge of SQL/ PowerBI/ Macros/ VBA and other basic automation techniques preferred
- High level of accountability and responsibility to deliver what is expected
- Experience in Supply Chain/ Projects preferred
