This position is part of the India sales team. India sales team focuses on building deeper relationships with the customers in India and driving transformation within the customer organization. The role is responsible for defining strategic direction, driving innovation, and providing technical and project leadership; developing strategies for building organizational capability, capacity, and agility. The incumbent is expected to work remotely and the preferred job location would be Mumbai.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Develop technical strategy for the assigned territory
- Drive deeper transformations and technical engagement with the customer/partner
- Be the face of the company for everything technical including solutions, support, enablement, product etc. Collaborate extensively with the BU and other teams.
- Own key technical executive relationships within the key customer accounts
- Partner/Collaborate with the business units on driving synergy between the teams to achieve success in the market.
- Create account strategies with a multi-year view of technology adoption
- Drive adoption and expansion of sales motion within the account
- Be a spokesperson for the company
- Required Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 12 years of technology strategy and customer engagement experience
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Successful track record of driving adoption and expansion in the accounts
- Experience in SaaS and cloud platforms
- Worked in a similar role with a reputed tech company
- Demonstrable history of customer transformation
- Experience with virtualization and security technology set
- Experience with Citrix platform
