Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer at Bakliwal Foundation, located in Navi Mumbai. As a Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling legal matters for the foundation, including providing legal advice, negotiating contracts, and representing the foundation in legal proceedings. You will also be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of contract law, civil law, and legal procedures
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and legal precedent
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Bar Council enrollment is required
