Laser Service Engineer

Job description

LaserQuant is looking for a full-time Laser Service Engineer based in Nagpur. The Laser Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting laser systems, providing service and technical support, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and effectively communicating with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting, Maintenance, Repair, and Field Service skills
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Technical support experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
• Degree in Engineering, Physics or similar
• Willing to travel occasionally to visit customers within India
• Support Laser Engineers and other team members as and when required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
