We are searching for a Laravel developer to build web applications for our company. In this role, you will design and create projects using Laravel framework and PHP, and assist the team in delivering high-quality web applications, services, and tools for our business.
To ensure success as a Laravel developer you should be adept at utilizing Laravel's GUI and be able to design a PHP application from start to finish. A top-notch Laravel developer will be able to leverage their expertise and experience of the framework to independently produce complete solutions in a short turnaround time.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP code using the Laravel framework.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality products.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity and security.
- Perform regular database maintenance tasks such as backup, recovery, and optimization.
- Identify and fix bugs in existing code, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions to complex technical issues.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end components and third-party services.
- Ensure APIs are secure, scalable, and well-documented.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web development and the Laravel ecosystem.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training, workshops, and industry events.
Work Experience
- The position requires 2-5 years of experience as a Laravel developer with any professional organization.
- 2-5years of experience in PHP
Skills, Abilities & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React is a plus.
- Knowledge of database design and querying using SQL.
- Proficiency in HTML and developing Restful APIs
- Strong JavaScript concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
