Laravel Developer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve the existing Laravel-based platform.
• Write clean, well-structured code that is scalable and easy to maintain.
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
• Collaborate with other developers and product managers to implement new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the application to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the web application.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs as required.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Laravel (at least +5 years of professional experience).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and PHP.
• Experience working with MySQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Knowledge of common security vulnerabilities in web development and best practices to mitigate them.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with React Native and mobile app development (Expo) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Previous experience working in a startup environment is an advantage.
