- Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose technical issues, such as faulty RAM, defective hard drives, or software errors
Repairing:
Make repairs to laptops and other computer equipmentMaintaining:
Perform routine maintenance on computers to ensure they are operating efficiently and securelyInstalling: Install software applications, drivers, and operating systems
- Upgrading: Upgrade computer firmware, software, and hardware
Security:
Install and manage security software and systems, and schedule security updatesNetwork:
Install and maintain networks, and troubleshoot network connectivity issuesCustomer service: Provide technical support and excellent customer service to users
Minimum 0 to 4 Years of Experience
