Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Laptop Service Engineer at Heaven Info Systems in Chennai. The Laptop Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, maintenance & repair of laptops and computer systems motherboard chip level service.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Chip level service experience
- Effective Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in computer hardware and software maintenance
- Technical certification in relevant field is a plus
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
