Role Purpose
The Language Specialist role is responsible to translate/ interprets/assist with the Language to assist the team and complete the required set of activities as desired from the profile this position is part of. The larger scope of work will be defined as per the requirements of the profile though the main requirement is to provide assistance in regard to the language proficiency.
Key Accountabilities
- Effective & regular follow up with customers for outstanding receivables
- Ensuring processes and procedures are followed regarding customer contacts, adhering to the process policy, legal requirement, reviewing collection data and allocating resources as needed
- Proactively inform any customer issues and escalation
- Issues & identified mistakes are not repeated
- Analyze system reports to ensure accuracy, research and resolve problems; ensure the integrity of assigned system and data.
- Ensuring timely and accurate creation and maintenance of data in People soft and other accounting systems, generating reports for Management information.
Key Skills & Experiences
Required Skills -
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written required language communication skills.
Qualifications -
- Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
Physical Requirements -
- Work is performed in a normal office environment.
- Ability to function effectively in different time zones.
