Job Description:- Initiable design concept and design philosophy for new developments within the timeframe given.
- Presentation of design intends, materials selection costing, etc from the conceptual design stage up to the design development stage.
- Prepare details drawings, submission drawings, tender/contract drawings, and documents to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Prepare construction drawings and assist the Project Manager during the construction stage to ensure intends are interpreted and implemented accurately.
- Attend meetings with other consultants, clients, and landscape contractors to resolve project and technical issues.
- Assist with the presentation to the clients on design changes, material changes, costing, etc.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Leader/management.
- Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Diploma/Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
- Preferably 3-5 Years (s) and above-related working experience in the Landscape
Architecture field.
- Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Have strong design sense, creative thinking, responsible, presentable, committed,
and self-motivated.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
